Our earliest to harvest pepper variety. Cubanelles are also known as "Cuban Pepper" and "Italian Frying Pepper". Cubanelles are often harvested when they are light green, but will turn a beautiful shade of bright red if left to further ripen. While Cubanelles are considered a sweet pepper, they can have a touch of heat, and they are great eaten raw, cooked into sauces, fried, or stuffed.
